Our Services
We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, long-distance transport, accident recovery, and lockout assistance. Availability depends on location, weather, traffic, equipment, and driver availability at the time of your request.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of the call.
If conditions on scene differ materially from what was described, pricing may be adjusted, and we will tell you before work begins.
Additional charges may apply for winching, extended wait time, after-hours storage, or specialty equipment.
Payment is due at the completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate location and vehicle information.
Remain in a safe location away from live traffic while waiting.
Remove valuables and personal property from the vehicle before transport.
Confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request its transport.
Limitation of Liability
We handle every vehicle with care and maintain insurance appropriate to our operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure unrelated to transport, or items left inside a vehicle.
Cancellations
You may cancel a dispatch at any time. If a driver has already been dispatched and is en route or on scene, a call-out fee may apply.
